First song I wrote when I started squatting in the wild of the northwest and almost got attacked by a mountain lion right outside Sacramento. didn't even know how to panhandle yet I was still just stealing copper to take to the scrapyard and eating at the shelters and food banks and bumfeeds. The mountain lion decided after 6 or 7 bb's from my co2 gun to not come any closer, but I think it was the sound of a bb hitting metal somewhere by the tracks that actually influenced the big cat to not proceed near my greenhorn campsite full of food in the same place for three days. The things u learn the wrong way are always the things you remember to change. Do something mediocre long enough to get by without any negative result and mediocrity becomes a passable choice of action. Thus society, capitalism, drug dependence and the stagnation of organized rebellion lying in wait complacently
